ORDER

This petition is filed praying to direct the respondent to investigate the case and file the final report in Cr.No.139 of 2015.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the accused, who has stolen the Motorcycle, has not been traced, the respondent police are not able to complete the investigation.

3. Under such circumstances, no time bound order for completing the investigation can be passed in this case. However, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
