ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition dated 30.01.2025 made in Crl.M.P. No.1447 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29950 of 2024 as the petitioner shall report before the respondent on every Saturday with further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Page No.1 of 3

Court; and that the investigation completed and charge sheet filed. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Crl.M.P. No.1447 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29950 of 2024 as the petitioner shall report before the respondent on every Saturday with further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
