O R D E R

This petition has been filed aggrieved by the Docket order passed by the Court below returning the copy application filed by the petitioner.

2.The petitioner is admittedly a third party who wanted the certified copy of the certain documents in a case which is pending investigation by CBCID, Coimbatore. The Court below has returned the copy application on the ground that the petitioner has no right to receive those documents and that the case is still at the stage of investigation.

3.This Court does not find anything wrong with the Docket order passed by the Court below.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
