This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.01.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.291 of 2023 in C.A.No.2 of 2023 by the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Cuddalore District,

Cuddalore, thereby imposing condition to deposit 20% of the cheque amount before the lower Court within 15 days. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
