O R D E R

Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the SubCourt, Ranipet, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.246 of 2014 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits in accordance with law.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner herein as a plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.246 of 2014 for partition and separate possession of 1⁄2 share in the suit property. The first defendant/first respondent herein has filed a written statement on 13.02.2015. He further submitted that issues were framed, but the trial Court has not taken any steps to dispose of the suit. Therefore, he prayed for early disposal of the suit. 3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and on perusal of the typed set of papers, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as early as possible. Accordingly, the learned Judge, Sub-Court, Ranipet, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.246 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day to day basis, after giving fair opportunity to both the parties.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
