By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would state that her husband died on 9.2.2010, leaving behind herself, one son and two daughters and the respondents 5 and 6 are trying their level best to cheat and grab her husband's property situated in Survey Nos.1492/1 and 1492/2 of Ramancherri Village, Thiruvallur District, and in this regard, she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
gave a representation dated 21.4.2015, to the respondents 1 to 4 to measure the land and also paid necessary fees and since she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.4.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 5 and 6, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 5 and 6.
