This petition has been filed to release the petitioner on bail pending trial in C.C No. 361 of 2023 on the file of the II Additional Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai in Crime No. 95 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons along with the possession of 36 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. On perusal of the Seizure Mahazar, it reveals that the respondent police seized 36 kgs of Ganja from the petitioner which is a commercial quantity. Further, the petitioner is having 16 previous cases including 302 cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
