O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court at Harur to the file of the Subordinate Court at Tambaram.

2. Both the petitioner as well as respondent are present before this Court. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in transferring the case in H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court at Harur to the file of the Subordinate Court at Tambaram and made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the respondent also prayed for speedy disposal of the HMOP.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent as well as the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Harur and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Tambaram. The Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Harur is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2017 to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, within a period of two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram is directed to dispose of the HMOP, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of the case bundles.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
