2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.77 of 2011 was completed and final report was filed in C.C.No.398 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirukovilur.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
