This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file final report in CSR.No.240 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint, it does not disclose the commission of a cognizable offence. But, the dispute appears to be relating to drawal of water from an allegedly common well.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to call both the parties for enquiry and advise them to act in accordance with law.
