Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed para 5(c) on the petitioners by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.6525 of 2022 on 22.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.CHOKKALINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6525 of 2022, dated 22.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and that the charge sheet has not yet filed.
