(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking orders restraining respondents 1 to 3 from quarrying river sand from Pasumathur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Quarry in and around Kandanerri Village, Vellore Taluk and District.

2.Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits on instructions that all quarrying operations have been completed on 22.08.2017 and no further quarrying is done.

3.In view of such submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further order need be passed in this writ petition.
