This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27379 of 2023 on 29.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.27379 of 2023 on 29.01.2024.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the matter is under investigation.

4.Taking into consideration that the matter is still under investigation, this court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27379 of 2023 on 29.01.2024. to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month for a period of four months.
