..Respondent(s) Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1054/2025 sa.pa dated 11.04.2025 and the impugned orders passed by the 3rd Respondent dated 17.11.2020 and 05.08.2024 quash the

same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the amount withheld/recovered from the petitioner's encashment of earned leave salary totalling to Rs.2,67,552/- with interest @ 18 percent per annum from the date of retirement till the date of realization.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for the following prayer:- "for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1054/2025 sa.pa dated 11.04.2025 and the impugned orders passed by the 3rd Respondent dated 17.11.2020 and 05.08.2024 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the amount withheld/recovered from the petitioner's encashment of earned leave salary totalling to Rs.2,67,552/- with interest @ 18 percent per annum from the date of retirement till the date of realization." 2.It is represented that after filing an appeal challenging the impugned order before the first respondent, the petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition. 3.The appellant is trying to ride two horses at the same time. This cannot be permitted. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, directions are issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner

within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
