This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition that the petitioner should report before the second respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5549 of 2023 dated 20.03.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner after executing the surety he was unwell and thereby he would unable to appear before the respondent police. Now, the respondents are not permitting the petitioner to comply with the conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
