ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Page No.1 of 4
day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4330 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4330 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 is relaxed.
