This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to register the case on the complaint dated 17.04.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law and to file the final report within in the time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint,it appears that the petitioner had borrowed loan from the Agricultural Societies and he is not making any repayment. When the officials approached the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner for payment of the loan, he lodged the present complaint as if, the officials are abused.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
