ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 323 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.277 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein had trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant in connection with the property dispute and had assaulted all over her body. The defacto complainant had sustained injury on her head, face and shoulder and also sustained nasal confusion with bleeding and had admitted in the hospital.

3. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioners herein had filed this petition by suppressing the earlier anticipatory bail petition. Registry is directed not to entertain any further anticipatory bail petition filed by this petitioners in this Crime Number.
