This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3039 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3039 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 is relaxed.
