This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint dated 17.07.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.V.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

same. The matter is essentially an encroachment dispute between the petitioner and the neighbouring land owner. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
