The present petition is filed seeking to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 1st appellant and rank them as appellants 4 to 8 in the second appeal.

2. No serious objection was put forth by the respondents 1 to 3. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and the post the matter for final hearing on 20.09.2021.
