COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed by the petitioner to set aside the Fair and Final order dated 23.09.2016 made in I.A.No.221 of 2015 & I.A.No.222 of 2015 in O.S.No.25 of 2014 on the file of the District Court, Udhagamandalam.

2. Today when these petitions are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the main suit itself has been disposed of on 08.09.2018 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
