CRIME NO.1297/2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Pass an order EXTENDING the time for appearance of the petitioners/accused before the Hon'ble V Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore, Chennai as per the order dated 11.04.2022 passed in the above Crl.O.P.No.7469 of 2022 and thus render justice. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petitions have been filed to extend and modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7469 of 2022 dated 11.04.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
2. The prayer for modification of the bail conditions cannot be entertained in view of the quantum of money alleged to have been defaulted. As far as time for furnishing the sureties is concerned, it is extended till 16.05.2022.
3. The petition filed in Crl.MP.No.5922 of 2022 in respect of extending the time for appearance is allowed but the petition filed in Crl.MP.No.5927 of 2022 in respect of modification of condition is dismissed.
