2.Today, Mr.K.C.Ramamurthy, learned counsel for applicants, Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned 'Deputy Official Liquidator' ('Deputy OL' for the sake of brevity) representing 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' ('OL' for the sake of brevity) and Mr.Zaffarullah Khan, learned counsel assisted by Mr.Hussain Afroze, on behalf of ex-directors of company which went into liquidation, are before this Company Court in this web-hearing on a video-conferencing platform. It is submitted without any disputation or disagreement that the sale certificates have since been issued, but the same does not contain or does not mention about the undivided share (UDS), which has to be conveyed to the applicants/flat owners, proportionate to the built up extent of the apartment concerned.

3. In this regard, this Court is informed that when a similar situation arose earlier, there was a joint meeting of the Official Liquidator, applicant's counsel and counsel for ex-directors. Today, learned counsel for ex-directors also submits that he has filed a memo dated 24.08.2020 giving details of similarly placed persons qua applicants. To be noted, this is recorded in paragraph 4 of previous proceedings dated 04.09.2020.

As done earlier, the aforementioned learned counsel and Official Liquidator shall have a joint meeting to iron out the difficulty and follow the procedure that was followed earlier in similar cases. A fortnight's time is sought for this exercise. List after a fortnight. It is agreed that the first joint meeting would be on 01.10.2020 (Thursday) in the office of the OL at 11.00am. 25.09.2020 gpa 2/3
