The condition imposed by this Court for suspending the sentence not complied. Therefore, petition is filed for extension of time to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- as per the order passed by this Court on 12.02.2024. 20% of the cheque amount ought to have been deposited on or before 28.03.2024.

While seeking extension of time, the petitioner has not disclosed when he can deposit the conditional amount, in fact the judgment by the trial Court was passed on 11.12.2023 directing the accused to deposit the cheque amount as compensation. Against which, the appeal was filed and till date the conditional order not been complied.

This Court finds no bonafide in the request, hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
