O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw M.O.P.No.520 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Cheyyar. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer the case in M.O.P.No.520 of 2017 from the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry to the file of the Subordinate Court, Cheyyar and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in M.O.P.No.520 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Cheyyar. The learned Judge, Family Court, Pondicherry, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to M.O.P.No.520 of 2017 to the file of the Subordinate Court, Cheyyar, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5 Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
