ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.T.Sivagnanasambandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the petitioner has made allegations against the Panchayat President and Vice President that they have misappropriated the portion of subsidy given by the Government for installing Solar Power Plant in the Green House Project. The complaint of this nature cannot be investigated. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
