2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the reasons stated for condonation of delay are insufficient.
3. The petitioners have stated that the order under appeal was passed during the vacation period and that the petitioners were not aware of the listing and pronouncement of the order.
4. A perusal of the writ order would show that the matter was heard and reserved on 25.04.2025 and judgment was pronounced on 29.05.2025 during summer vacation. Thus, the reason stated by the petitioners for condonation of delay cannot be brushed aside.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the delay stands condoned.
