Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Sri Mariamman Festival on 04.07.2015 atSri Mariamman Temple, Kerakodahalli Village, Pappireddi Taluk, Dharmapuri District, in a grand manner with cultural programmes.

By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to be the head of the Organising Committee of the Temple Festival, relating to Sri Mariamman temple, at Kerakodahalli Village, Pappireddi Taluk, Dharmapuri District. He submitted a representtion, dated 19.06.2015, to the second respondent, seeking permission to conduct a cultural programme, to be held on 04.07.2015, and, since he has not been favoured with any response, he has come come forward to file this Writ Petition.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the event of the permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and also no obscenity and vulgarity will be in place. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Heard Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.
5. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.06.2015, in accordance with law, and inform the decision taken thereon to the petitioner, on or before 29.06.2015.
