ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on on 06.03.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 302, 201 of I.P.C in Crime No.436 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased was having illicit intimacy with A1 and they are residing in the house of the deceased. Thereafter the deceased married the defacto complainant and instructed A1 to vacate the house and the same was refused by A1, due to which A1 engaged the petitioner and other accused who are paid killers to murder the deceased and they murdered the deceased. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after committing the brutal murder of the deceased, the accused took a photo and sent the same to A5, who paid the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- . She further submits that the call details records of all the accused were collected which reveals the active role played by the petitioner. Hence, she vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner brutally assaulted the deceased and caused injuries to him and the deceased succumbed to the injuries on the spot itself, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
