ORDER

The above Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order that has been passed against the petitioner. 2.

It is now informed that thereafter an enquiry has been conducted and the petitioner has been dismissed from service on 12.08.2015. That apart, the petitioner has also received his terminal benefits on 06.11.2023.

In view of the above, since nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this matter, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
