CR.NO.503 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.No.1192 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.17919 of 2020 dated 11.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1192 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 17919 of 2020, dated 11.02.2021 is modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
