This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2314 of 2023 on 15.02.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2314 of 2023 on 15.02.2024 regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.2314 of 2023 on 15.02.2024 is hereby relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
