This writ petition is filed to quash the order dated 30.09.2013 passed by the first respondent in A.P.No.136/2011, and consequently direct the second respondent/Management to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
The learned Additional Government Pleader representing the first and Mr.M.Aswin representing the second respondent are present. 4.
Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even on an earlier occasion there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Page No.2 of 4
