(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in pursuant to the interim direction passed by this Court dated 11.09.2017, the petitioner has been issued with a notice under Section 56(1)(d) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 and seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to submit his response to the said notice and thereafter to workout his remedy in accordance with law and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
