The learned counsel for the petitioner also sought indulgence of this Court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court as the petitioner is a young lady. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
