ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench on 12.04.2022 in W.A. No.630 of 2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel for the Respondents that as against the aforesaid order of the Division Bench dated 12.04.2022, the Tamil Nadu Housing Board preferred a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.9490 of 2023 and the Apex Court vide order dated 12.04.2022 condoned the delay and ordered notice to the Respondents.

3. In such view of the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed, giving liberty to the parties to work out their remedies in the manner known to law, after the outcome of the aforesaid S.L.P [S.V.N,J.,] [N.M.J.,] 16.08.2023 arr 2/3
