Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner report before the respondent police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.24007 of 2021 on 10.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.N.RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.J.SUBBIAH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24007 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner should have been appeared before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that he has no instruction from the respondent police.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24007 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021 is totally relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
