O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file the final report against the accused in Crime No.23 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.23 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 323, 294(b), 354A, 506(i) of IPC, has been completed and the final report is made ready. He would submit

that the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), direction is issued to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.23 of 2021 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
