Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition to sign before the trial court daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.2891 of 2020 dated 10.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.V.SARATHA DEVI, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on him. The petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 AM. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a native of Tutucorin and he has difficulty in complying with the condition. However, in all the future hearings, the petitioner undertakes to present either in person or through counsel.

2. Recording the said undertaking given by the petitioner, the conditions stipulated vide order dated 10.03.2021, is hereby modified.
