Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, pleased to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner from the respondents 5 to 11 and take necessary legal action of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2024. Already the petition in similar prayer filed by the petitioner been considered by this Court and order passed on 15.06.2023, approaching his representation differently, again the present petition is filed seeking protection.

2. The petitioner herein is acted as an agent to a finance company and collected money from the public, but, not repaid the money is suspected to be one of the accused in Complaint No.C2/2359/2604/22 on the file of the respondent police.

3. The present petition is filed to get coverage from being investigated for the said crime. Inspite of granting direction to the 2/4

respondent police that in case of any claim, the same must be prevented, again this petitioner is before this Court.

4. This Court finds no reason to entertain this prayer again and again. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed . 10.04.2024 Vv To
