Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to exempt the petitioner from surrendering his weapon bearing License Nos.22/2012/CBE(S) to the local police station and consequently issue no objection certificate to maintain the licensed weapons in the safety locker.

C O M M O N O R D E R (Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Writ petitions are filed for a mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to exempt the petitioners from surrendering their respective licensed weapons to the local police station and consequently, to issue no objection certificate to maintain the licensed weapons in the safety locker.

2. Mr.Singaravelan, learned senior counsel appearing for the writ petitioners submitted individual representations of the writ petitioners, have been considered and thus, writ petitions have become infructuous. Submission is placed on record.

3. Placing on record the above, all the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
