Criminal original petitions filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to stay all further proceedings in C.C.No.9 of 2023, on the file of the learned Special Court for PMLA offence (Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai), pending disposal of the above criminal original petitions and to set aside the docket order dated 13.02.2024, passed by the learned Special Court for PMLA offence (Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai) made in Crl.M.P.No.Sr.No.121 & 105/2024 filed by this petitioner in C.C.No.9/2023 and to dispose off the same expeditiously.

When the matters are taken up for hearing, the Court raised the locus standi of the petitioner to file such petitions, more specifically, when the trial has commenced in C.C.No.09 of 2023. The petitioner is neither a defacto complainant nor an accused connected with the above criminal case. At this juncture, the petitioner has chosen to with draw the present petitions as well as the petitions filed before the Special Court for PMLA offence, which was returned by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the petitioner, the present criminal original petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
