ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 120b, r/w 392, 394 r/w 397 of IPC in Crime No.1500 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner for his non appearance before the trial Court has been issued non bailable warrant. Apprehending arrest, the petitioner is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail. This Court finds this petition is not maintainable.
