ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, vide, order, dated 9/10/2020, made in Crl.M.P.No.6117 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11973 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.6117 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11973 of 2020, regularly.

3. The learned counsel appearing for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) did not oppose the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6117 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11973 of 2020, on 7/8/2020 is relaxed in toto. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
