O R D E R

The petitioner who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.83 of 2010 has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2011 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner/husband submitted that the respondent/wife filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.83 of 2010 for restitution of conjugal rights which is pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur. The petitioner/husband also filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.18 of 2011 which was originally filed before the Subordinate Court, Vellore and subsequently it was transferred to the Subordinate Court, Hosur. He further submitted that both the cases are pending for trial and already the petitioner/husband side evidence has been closed. Hence, he prayed for early disposal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the typed set of papers. Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since both the cases are pending for trial and already petitioner/husband side evidence has been closed, I am of the view that it is a fit case to direct for early disposal. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer, Subordinate Court, Hosur is directed to dispose of both H.M.O.P.Nos.83 of 2010 and 18 of 2011 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
