2025/0103/08/531048 within such time as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 17.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

Heard Ms.V.Ranjitha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents.

The petitioner is placing reliance upon the partition deed dated 03.05.1993 registered as document No.610 of 1993. The petitioner submitted an online application on 17.02.2025 and since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
