JUDGEMENT This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records pertaining to order dated 17.10.2023 in M.C.No.15/2020 before the Judicial Magistrate at Komarapalayam and set aside the same.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing both sides counsel appeared and submitted that the matter is settled between the parties in respect of payment of maintenance to that effect both parties filed the settlement agreement.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The settlement agreement dated 07.10.2025 entered between the parties is recorded and terms of the settlement agreement is forming part of the judgement. If the respondent failed to comply with the terms of the agreement, the case will be reopened.
