This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the letter sent by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, in D.No.1355/2021 dated 23.02.2021.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the case in Review Appl. No.244 of 2018 in C.R.P(PD).No.605 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 30.10.2018, directed the trial Court to dispose the suit in O.S.No.1935 of 2010, within a period of six months. However, the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, has sent communication dated 23.02.2021 in D.No.1355/2021 and sought further time to complete the above said proceeding.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant one month time to complete the proceedings in O.S.No.1935 of 2010, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 29.04.2021 Note : Issue order copy on or before 30.04.2021 rts https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
