The petition for not to harass, it is alleged that the property dispute now on base of the privilege compliant been enquired and the petitioner is subjected to harassment.

2. However, this Court finds that no such occurrence has been happened in this case. The police on receiving the complaint has registered the case in C.S.R.No.222 of 2024 and has sought cooperation of the petitioner for enquiry. Instead of participating in the enquiry, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. The Criminal Original Petition is therefore dismissed with direction to the respondent police shall cause summons for appearance of petitioner and participate in the enquiry and after enquiry, shall proceed with the complaint based on the materials collected during the course of investigation.
